Let me start by saying HOLY BANANAS!!! This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal! The hostesses are great! Seated on time (reservations highly recommended). The ambiance was superb. Great music, lighting and tables were impressive. Our server Issac was absolutely amazing! He knew the menu like the back of his hand. Made phenomenal recommendations based on our likes and had a great rapport with us. He was delightful. Let not leave out our busser Mario. He made sure our water was good, our plates were picked up promptly and always had a smile. Now let's talk about the food, great portions, warm and delicious. My hubby and I will definitely be returning. I had the spicy watermelon, a wedge salad, the porterhouse, loaded mash potatoes, brussel sprouts, lobster tail and ended with lemon sponge cake

Located in the cosmopolitan hotel. Get your reservation ready. We started with a few apps two steak tartare and one tuna tartare. This size of apps are enought to share between two people. I got one bite of the tuna tartare and a few bites of the beef tartare both good. I wanted to have some fries a well as we got mashed potatoes($21) with the steak. Loved the fries ($21) I'm not hard to impressed. Got the steak was a small thick piece cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes very good but portion very small... I wanted to share and even with just your soup spoon only 3 of us got some. At that price I was expecting a bigger portion. For payement they take your credit card in the back. Was not a fan of that but don't know if that is a common practice. 3 couple 3 separate bills ours was $500.

Another great dinning experience in Vegas. We came in around 1030am on Sunday for brunch. We had a reservation but at this time it wasnt busy. It did get very busy after about 1130 am. Thats when the musuic starting pumping and the jams were playing non-stop. I knew I was in for some tasty food but I wasnt expecting the awesome beats to come with that. My girls and I were dancing in our seats while we grubbed. Kudos to the DJ. It was nice taking advantage of the little discount on drinks during happy hour. Instead of a typical $20 plus drink they were $12. Drinks were good but the food and music is what was memorable. We started with complimentary cinnamon bread. I order the lobster benedict. It was decadent. Nice big size pieces of lobster too. My daughters split a 6 oz filet migon and added a stack of pancakes and eggs to it. They devoured their steak and I had to try the pancakes because they looked similar to Cracker Barrels. They were served with melted butter and syrup. I probably could of ate both helpings on their plates. Their eggs were super fluffy and airy. I cant complain about our main courses. They hit the spot. I probably wouldnt get the lemon cake for dessert again. It wasnt bad but not worth the extra time and money there. I look forward to trying the donuts out instead.

We have been here before but decided to come celebrate our Anniversary during their Happy Hour time, although you can order from their main menu if you'd like. We had reservations with Open Table and it helped to get seated right away in the lounge/bar area. It was a casual and nice atmosphere/ attire since we arrived at 4 pm-as the hours passed more people arrived in cocktail dresses and also celebrating the football games this weekend in their jerseys so as you can see there's a wide range of attire. Back to the cocktails and food. We had 3 drinks : strawberry cobbler martini, manhattan, and an espresso martini. They were all Fabulous and well poured. We ordered the short rib raviolis from the main menu. It was sweet and tender. I loved the sweet sauce and I believe it's the right portion. We also ordered several of the happy hour entrees except for the beef tartare. Everything was delicious and well prepared and it left you wanting more. Overall our service was very attentive and the food was wonderful. The music is always a bit louder then desired but it's their thing. I would definitely come back for Happy Hour.

Leslie was amazing! Food was fabulous! Cucumber martini was sooo delicious! And dj was rocking!

We made reservations the week before, arrived their on time, but was told that they are behind so it'll be a 30-40 minute wait. We chilled at the bar, Vegas location is a lot different than other STKs, it's live DJ, packed at every table. The bartender was super nice and made our drinks super good! We got seated in the back of the restaurant, the table was like pretty small for three but made it work. Someone said that the server will come to us shortly, waited about 20 minutes ( I went to the bathroom and found out there were only two bathrooms co-ed) The food came out about 20-30 minutes after and everything looks delicious! We all began distributing the food to try each others meal. The Australian Flat Iron was spectacular! I'm not a big beef lover, but I enjoyed that very much because I felt like it melted in my mouth as soon as I took my bite. Brisket was good and the filet was okay. Not a fan of the tougher meats. Brussel sprouts are highly recommended! It was glazed with balsamic I think? But cooked really good The mash potatoes were delicious too! Fabian ( I think manager) came by our table to ask how we were doing which was thoughtful I think I would have given a 5 star if the service was a tad bit better. Just knowing that the restaurant made people with reservations wait an extra 30 minutes & the server I think forgetting about us. Overall foot trumps everything!

Great place to get your steak, but is it the best? No. For the money, there are other places to get better steaks in my opinion. What I believe you pay for here is the atmosphere (because it's in the Cosmopolitan) and service. The service was great, our hostess, our waiter, the bar attendants. Great. My husband and I of course both got steak but I personally will not be paying for the waygu anymore. My husband got the basic NY strip and it was way better than mine and nearly $100 cheaper! One downside is my husband told them we were celebrating our anniversary because he saw that they give you a complimentary dessert to help you set the mood for the night, we didn't get that. But other than that it was okay.

The most incredible restaurant! Chef Stephen is amazing and makes sure every detail is perfection. The atmosphere is fun, with dim lighting and upbeat music. The staff is attentive, kind, and professional, always making sure every need is met. STK is our go to restaurant every time my girlfriends and I visit vegas. Truly nothing else compares!

Best place ever! The steak was phenomenal and the lobster Mac was to die for. Loved the atmosphere. Espresso martinis YUM
